The Program includes forms, HotDocs® templates, checklists, bi-monthly newsletters, marketing materials and complete installation and use instructions to catapult your ongoing revenue stream to new heights!

The first year's license fee is $2,495, ($649 for each additional attorney). Renewals are $995 per year, ($249 for each additional attorney). The fee you charge your clients is totally up to you. In our experience, clients believe that $795 per year is a reasonable fee for this service.

The Program allows you to generate revenue in several ways.

Initially, you send a letter to all of the business entities you’ve created for your clients advising them of a new service you’re providing for your business clients. (The letter, membership agreement and other marketing materials are included in the Program).

Secondly, you can add the first year fee into your business creation fee for new clients. Use the Program as a type of client training system and as a reason to keep in contact with them.

During the first year that your client is a Program member, they will get a very good idea of what must be done to keep their business legally effective, compliant and secure. At renewal time, your client has the option of either completing all of those tasks themselves, or letting you continue to provide the service for a small, tax-deductible annual fee. Our experience shows that your client will be impressed with the service you provide during that first year, and will be eager to renew their membership the following year . . . and for years to come.

Since we began the Program in 2002, we’ve enjoyed an annual renewal rate of over 70 percent.

Over time, as you become your client’s trusted advisor, they will call you for buy-sell agreements, estate planning, contract review and a host of other profitable work.

The Corporate Shield services are provided primarily by our staff with supervision by the attorney. Our net expenses are approximately 30 percent of the Program fees we generate, with the remaining 70 percent of the revenue adding to our bottom line.
